Scope
These terms will govern the online purchase of Cañitas Málaga gift vouchers and food experiences through this website. The online shop is not yet available: these terms will apply once it opens.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is made at the time of purchase using the secure payment methods shown at checkout.
Delivery
The voucher is sent by email to the address given at checkout, usually within minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or email us at canitasmalaga@melia.com.
Validity and use
- Validity: as stated on each voucher at the time of purchase, from the date of purchase.
- To redeem it, quote the voucher code when booking and show it at the venue.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
- Please note that Cañitas al Fresco does not take reservations; check the voucher terms for that venue.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, provided the voucher has not been used, in accordance with Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). To do so, email us at canitasmalaga@melia.com. We will refund you using the same payment method within 14 days.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
